First checks for common Worktray issues.

This page will grow with real support questions. For now, these checks cover the most common local-state issues.

My web files are missing

Confirm that you are using the same browser, browser profile, device, and worktray.io origin. Web trays do not synchronize between browsers or devices.

A file opened in the wrong editor

Check its filename extension. Worktray resolves editors from the extension and whether the content is text or binary.

A browser preview cannot reach my local files

That isolation is intentional. Runnable code and HTML previews execute in sandboxes that cannot access Worktray’s IndexedDB or local browser storage.
